Sports. I love sports. In fact, I think all guys like sports. Maybe you don't like every sport, but you've got to like at least one. After all, there're many to choose from: Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Volleyball, Hockey, Tennis, Golf, Racing (NASCAR, Boating, etc.), Ping pong, Wrestling, whatever. There are many more. Yet, no matter the sport, I love the things they all have in common. I love the athleticism and the competitiveness. Now, with that said and done, I like some sports more than others. Because to me, some events are just more entertaining than others. In other words, I like watching some sports more than others. We all have our favorites. Some sports are to play as well. I guess it just depends on what tickles your fancy.
For example: I love football! It is my favorite sport. While medical reasons prevent me from playing it, I still enjoy football season. Sitting down and watching the NFL or College Football is so much fun for me. I have teams I like and teams I don't. Professionally, I like the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Indianapolis Cults along with several other teams. I don't like the Patriots, Cowboys or Packers. As for college, I am a huge fan of BYU. Going to the games back when LaVell Edwards was the coach was a lot of fun. Every season, my dad and I get tickets to go watch them play. Yet, they're not the only team I enjoy. I also like Air Force (except for when we're playing them). I don't really get into the "Big Conferences." I don't mind watching them, but I don't care either. Because I'm a BYU fan, I don't like Utah. We're rivals.
My second favorite sport is Basketball followed by Soccer. In basketball, again I like college hoops. My sister, Janae, played college ball, and I enjoyed going to her games. You has skill. She now is the head coach for Cottonwood High School. I like the Jazz, however only if they're playing well. Darren Williams is fun to watch. It was fun seeing him along with our nation's best in the Olympic Games in Beijing. I'm glad we took the gold. Outside the Olympics I'm not a fan of Kobe Bryant or LeBron James. Still, I love basketball. Soccer, on the other hand, is something I've just gotten into. I'm no expert at teams and who's who, but I love watching it. It's especially fun when it's another country who is big on soccer (football).
