Does this picture make you laugh? It made me give a chuckle. After all, I love a good joke. There's nothing better than sitting down with your family or friends and telling joke after joke until you're all red in the face. If laughter is the best medicine, then jokes are the miracle vaccination. When you hear a funny joke, either downright funny or humorously clever, it makes you feel better as you laugh and giggle about it. After all, if we, as mankind, laughed a little more each day, then the world would be a little happier.
There are all kinds of jokes. There are silly stories, clever riddles, short answers or scenarios, humorous anecdotes, funny one-liners and many more. There are knock knock jokes, blonde jokes, crazy lists and many, many more. Some jokes are so great that everyone laughs and laughs. Others are merely clever and demand a good chuckle. Of course, there are some jokes that seem to be said so many times or are not very good that we don't give them the time of day. With this said, however, I believe that there are types of jokes out there for every individual in all walks of life.
Myself? I don't like crude jokes. Any joke that involves sexuality in any form is, to me, downright horrible. I do, however, like funny stories. An intelligent story with a hysterical ending can, and will, give me a laugh for the ages. I also love funny pictures (like the one above) and short jokes that get straight to the punchline. To be honest, I pretty much like any joke so long as it is clean and appropriate.
Yes, there is nothing better than a group of people chatting and laughing at jokes. If you have any good, clean jokes, then let me know. I'm all ears.
