4th of July

Happy 4th of July! Today, as we celebrate our nation's independence, may we take time to think about and honor those who gave their lives for our freedom. As Thomas Jefferson stated, everyone deserved the rights to 'Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.' Now, on this day, I ask that you, the reader, remember what great sacrifices were made to give us what we have today. I also want you to thank your Heavenly Father. For America is the Promised Land spoken about in ancient scripture. This land, our land, was set up and established by the hand of our Lord thru good and just men. How grateful I am to live in a country where I am free to live life to my fullest. Yet, there are many in our country who are trying to take our liberties away. They want to change and destroy our Constitution to make 'A Better Nation.' Don't let our government take away what the Lord has set up. Despite your political background (Democrat or Republican), let us all put our minds at work to preserve what we have and keep the Constitution holding strong. Remember on this day that our Heavenly Father has, in His wisdom, set His work in preparing a Choice Land, insomuch that the people who inhabit it will keep His commandments. Now, this great nation is falling. We must stand up for liberty. We must all work hard. Do not expect to be guided along the easy path of laziness. We must work to rebuild what our founding fathers constructed. Let us all keep our morals at heart. Let us remember what we believe. Our founding fathers established this nation with their trust in God. Please, let's keep this nation, America, from falling to a greater evil. Let us keep our faith in God to withstand the evils of the world. Let us fight against immoral practices, repel unorthodox beliefs and stand against the ungodly. Our nation, as well as the world, is changing. Good is now conceived as evil and evil for good. Don't quake before the evils of humanity. We will stand together to improve and restore the fundamental beliefs and practices that our nation was built upon. Together, on this 4th of July: our Independence Day, let us remember and stand up, let us battle to keep our constitution holy and just. Have faith in God and never back down. We can build a better nation. Don't let our government take away what we believe in. Remember, lest we forget and perish.
